The referee declares the winner. In the following situations: Fall, score difference of 8 points (technical fall), running out of time based on the age group or doctor’s order and forfeit of one of the wrestlers. The referee would raise his/her hand with the marked on the cuff with respective colour of the winner (blue or red).
